About Us
Juniper & Doors is our full-time work, and our names are on it. We’ve lived in the same house since 2014, raising our two boys, and we’ve owned a rental ourselves. Owning one taught us what an owner wants to hear: what happened, what it costs, and when it’s fixed.
Dave
Tech & Operations
Dave onboards new homes, makes field visits, and sorts out emergencies. A longtime software engineer, he keeps our systems running, and he’s handy enough to know a fair repair quote from a padded one.

One flat rate on the rent we collect, with no tiers. Owning a rental is enough work without decoding the pricing.

Repairs are billed at vendor cost. We focus on communication: you hear about every repair, with the quote and the reason.

Repairs over this wait for your OK. Smaller ones we handle and report, so you always know what was fixed and what it cost.

Owner financial reporting: an itemized statement every month and your tax documents at year end, so you never have to ask where you stand.
